Lone Star realizes that development comes in many forms. We financially back our commitment on annually developing our employees. For instructor-led training alone, Lone Star increased the 2020 budget 53% from 2019.
Lone Star assesses employees needs and career aspirations on an individual basis to design an ongoing development plan annually.
